Inspired by the Brazilian Northeast colorful culture, Visual Arts Press Award 2018 was a huge success
The vibrant colors of the Brazilian Northeast region popular arts & culture were the backdrop for the III Annual Visual Arts Press Awards, on May 9th, 2018, at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.
The event-party was opened with special participation of the actors Robson Lemos and Andreza Moon, both winners in their respective categories, as the best Actor and Actress by the Press Award 2018.
The other special attraction was the “Forró Cravo & Canela”, a typical Brazilian folk musical group.
The names of the winners were announced in the “Oscar style”, with the five nominees being announced and special guests invited to the stage to open the envelopes and reveal the winners.
